Tony & Caroline Zorc
Tony Zorc is truly a Founder. He is an author, technology entrepreneur, singer/songwriter and sometimes even a funny comedian. Keyword being SOMETIMES!. He and his wife Caroline Zorc are have been successful business leaders and technology entrepreneurs for over 20 years. In 2023 they launched Congressman Curly, a nonprofit with a mission to spread interest and awareness of our political and cultural disfunction in an entertaining way.
Successful Entrepreneurs
Prior to starting Congressman Curly the Zorcs started a successful accounting software company called Accounting Seed. It was founded in 2008 and 12 years later Accounting Seed had made the Inc 5000, gained over 1,000 customers and 15,000 users. It was a fantastic success. The Zorcs sold the majority interest to a private equity firm in 2021. Tony started his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and ERP systems consultant. Caroline started her career working as a technology consultant. In 2025 the Zorcs started Round 2 Ai, which they current own and operate.
Entrepreneur to Author
In building Accounting Seed Tony recognized he had a formula for success that could be applied to more than just business but that wasn’t well known, nor had been written about. So in 2020 he decided to partner with Forbes Books to write about it. Out came Iconoclasm released in 2021. The book earned great reviews and became an Amazon #1 seller in multiple categories. A Family Tragedy
While running a successful business Tony and Caroline raised four children. However, on March 27, 2019 a family tragedy changed everything when they lost their oldest child, Ethan. While attending college Ethan passed away unexpectedly when the electrical system of his heart failed in the middle of the night. Ethan’s passing was the impetus for the Zorcs to re-evaluate their whole life under a new reality of how short life is. They decided it was time to start giving back to a social cause. Tony had a heart to fix the broken US political system. Caroline initially said “OMG! Really? No! but decided to support Tony anyway.
A Failed Presidential Run
For years, Tony had wondered why Washington was such a mess. So he decided to go find out first hand. He dove straight in: researching our history, participating in round tables, webinars, interviewing politicians, lawyers, lobbyists, and journalists. Tony came to the conclusion our system of government is fundamentally broken and under the control of a corrupt Duopoly. What is needed to fix it is difficult, but possible. Through real political unity the country could be fixed with an upgrade. In November of 2022 Tony began a Presidential Run for 2024 as an Independent. He was running on a platform of term limits, campaign finance reform and rating of the political media.
Out Came Congressman Curly
It was through his presidential run that Tony saw firsthand how corrupt the system is. He realized that if real change was going to be made to the US political system, it would have to come through a non-traditional way outside of the Washington establishment. So in 2023 he decided to launch Congressman Curly as a music artist raising interest and awareness of our need to change.
